CLP FAQ — Glow Through It Rituals

What is CLP?

CLP stands for Classification, Labelling & Packaging Regulation. It ensures chemical ingredients are labelled correctly for safe use.

Do all scents have the same warnings?

No — each fragrance has its own hazards and allergens. Every scent has its own CLP label on the packaging.

Can I see CLP information before buying?

Yes — email us at glowthroughit.rituals@gmail.com and we’ll send over the info.

Are your wax melts pet-friendly?

They are safe when used correctly, but always ensure ventilation and keep burners out of reach. Some fragrance allergens may affect certain pets.

Do your products contain crystals?

Our wax melts themselves do not contain crystals. If crystals are included as part of a set, they are provided separately in a small bag, never melted into the wax.

Why can’t I use 8-hour tealights?

They burn too hot and can overheat wax, damage burners, or cause cracking. Only 2–4 hour unscented tealights should be used.

Are your wax melts skin-safe?

No — they are strictly for home fragrance use only and should not be applied to the skin.
